Beadstar-mPlex小鼠22细胞因子检测试剂(流式荧光法)试剂盒

用于定量分析样本中小鼠培养细胞上清液以及小鼠血清样本中的L-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、MCP-1、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-12p70、IL-1β、GM-CSF、IL-1α、IL-22、VEGF、G-CSF、EGF、CX3CL1、CXCL2、CXCL5、TGF-β、IL-9。


检测原理

小鼠22细胞因子检测试剂(流式荧光法),每种细胞因子检测指标均对应一种荧光编码的磁性荧光编码微球。这些微球表面包被有特异性捕获抗体,可精准结合相应细胞因子。检测时,将包被有特异性捕获抗体的磁性荧光编码微球,待测样本和PE(R-Phycoerythrin)标记的检测抗体共同孵育,形成夹心复合物。随后通过流式细胞仪检测复合物的荧光信号,从而获取样本中各细胞因子的表达信息。
